Greenland 2050 - Artificial Autonomous Clouds

In 2050 due to increasing temperature fluctuations a group of international scientists have decided to spearhead a light nanomaterial composite capable of maximum sunlight reflection, self-levitation, and autonomy for the purposes of reducing ice melting on Greenland.

Inherently inspired by the property of photosynthesis where a leaf tries to maximize its energy by increasing its leaf surface area, the AI clouds autonomously seek out bright surface spots on the ground such as melting ice in order to maximize its reflective capacity not just from the sun, but also from the ground. As it hovers over the reflective ice, just like a leaf which feeds on the sun, it consumes a part of the sun's rays from the top and the albedo reflections underneath it. The rays in turn heat up the internal gas of the clouds thereby keeping the artificially intelligent cloud from falling to the ground.
